Üç Kentin İsyancısı holds a special place in my life: it is the first novel I ever managed to write and finish.
I wrote this dystopian book back in 2012, when I was only 15 years old.
Because I wanted it to remain a keepsake of my writing style from that period, I began publishing it online without making major edits. Looking back, even though it feels a bit novice, it is a book I am genuinely proud of.
Synopsis: After a World War, the vast majority of countries have been destroyed, and very few people have survived. The Elite makes decisions regarding this sole remaining living space consisting of three cities dedicated to science, art, and governance. The duty of the Malbound, on the other hand, is to obey The Elite. However, a girl named Belda is determined to change this order.
A hundred and fifty years ago, the world was a completely different place, Poli. There were so many people, billions of them lived here.
Everyone was equal and free. Even if there were occasional rivalries between countries, no one had to bow down at anyone’s feet. Although there were a few who chose to do so, living with dignity was always possible.
An ordinary person could do great things with a bright idea, go outside for a walk, eat and drink whatever they wanted. In fact, there was no such thing as an ‘ordinary person’. All human beings were elite.
